Biography

1946      Born in Japan.

1966      Went to France, stayed there for one year.

1967      After six month stay in New York, moved to Canada.

                 Started studying ceramic art under Geatan Beaudin in Montreal

                 In this period, came back to Japan twice and studied under Tatsuzo

                 Shimaoka in Mashiko

1975     Worked as designer for a pottery company SIAL in Canada.

1978     Had a studio ain ST. Gabriel, Quebec.

1981     Back to Japan, had a studio in Matsuzaki, Izu.

1984-87 Runnin “SHOP TAIZo” at Shibuya Parco, Tokyo.

1991     Had a studio in Futo, Izu Peninsula.

1992     First White Porcelain exhibition in Tokyo.
