통인화랑은 상명대학교 세라믹디자인학과 동문들이 매년 주최하는 정기 전시회인 ‘상명 세라믹디자이너회展’을 개최한다. 1988년 학과 창설 당시 ’요업디자인학과’로 시작한 본 학과는 현재 ‘세라믹디자인학과’라는 이름으로 그 정통성을 이어오고 있으며, 졸업한 수많은 동문들이 다양한 예술 분야에서 활동하고 있다. 본 전시는 선후배간의 교류와 소통의 기회가 되는 장으로서, 미래의 작품활동을 모색하며 재학생과 졸업생의 각기 다른 시각의 폭 넓은 작품들을 감상할 수 있다.
Tong-In Gallery hosts the annual exhibition “Sangmyung Ceramic Designers’ Exhibition,” organized by the alumni of the Department of Ceramic Design at Sangmyung University. The department, which was established in 1988 under the name Department of Ceramic Craft Design, continues its legacy today as the Department of Ceramic Design, with numerous graduates active across diverse fields of art. This exhibition serves as a platform for communication and exchange between seniors and juniors, offering an opportunity to explore future artistic directions while appreciating a wide range of works that reflect the unique perspectives of both current students and alumni.
