이번 祥明陶鑑展은 권경선, 박예림, 이혜진, 정흥현 네 명의 작가가 각자의 경험과 관심을 바탕으로 흙을 어떻게 해석하고 조형화하는지 한자리에서 선보인다. 네 작가는 모두 흙을 주요 매체로 작업하지만, 자연과 감정, 시간과 기억, 생명과 존재, 관계와 공존 등 서로 다른 주제와 조형 언어를 통해 각자의 작품 세계를 구축한다. 흙이라는 공통의 매체를 통해 서로 다른 시선과 이야기를 풀어내는 네 작가의 작업을 통해 동시대 도자예술의 다양한 표현과 가능성을 공유한다.
The 祥明陶鑑展 brings together four artists who each explore and shape clay through their own experiences and interests. While all four artists work primarily with clay, they develop distinct artistic languages around themes such as nature and emotion, time and memory, life and existence, and relationships and coexistence. Through the shared medium of clay, the exhibition presents diverse perspectives and narratives, highlighting the wide range of expressions and possibilities within contemporary ceramic art.
